How to refund Item Shop purchases

If you would like to refund items purchased in the in-game Item Shop please contact us at [e-mail] stating your Oculus username and the item you wish to refund.

You may also submit a ticket by joining our Gun Raiders Discord Server and clicking on the "#Get-a-ticket" under the "Help and Report" channel.

Please note that there is a 5 lifetime refund limit we allow per account.
