How to refund in-app purchases

If you would like to refund a purchase made to your payment method you will need to contact Oculus/Meta directly to make the request. 

Please use this Meta Support link to contact Oculus/Meta directly by using the General Support > Orders and payments option. We recommend contacting them using the email method so your request gets escalated to the proper department.
